Marsha Hartford-Sapp

Marsha Hartford-Sapp is originally from New England, coming to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University in 1998. After receiving degrees in Psychology and Political Science in 2002, she then returned for her Masters in Public Administration. Since delving into the professional equestrian community, Marsha's equestrian center has focused on the "Complete Equestrian Education", with a focus on developing the young horse, and developing the young rider. The equestrian center not only teaches classical dressage, but hunter, jumpers, and training the young horse from the ground up. Marsha also has a warmblood breeding operation that compliments the centers focus, and hosts Kuerings yearly. Marsha has been the President of the Southern Hunter Jumper Association, President for the Southwind Eventing and Dressage Association, and is a coach for the FSU Equestrian team since 2004.
​Libby Wyman
A Tallahassee native, Libby received her degree from Florida State University in 2010, and spent three years working for Leon County Schools. She has extensive experience working with children and teens, from an assistant director at a summer camp to high school teacher. She has ridden horses off and on her whole life, and got involved with Southern Oaks when she took on a working student position in college.
